Learning through play

A young girl makes snips in paper using scissors.

Learning through play is extremely important for young children, providing them with the skills they need as they grow. We have 2 large and 2 smaller indoor play areas with a wide range of play activities, all under the skilled supervision of our staff. We are also fortunate to have a large outside area for outdoor play, including tarmac and astro turf areas for wetter days.

Keyperson

Each child has a keyperson who takes a special interest in their learning and development, and takes the lead in planning and recording for their needs.  Key group children sit together each day for their snack and activity time, with their key person.
